Walking, walking, walking

FTM 39w 4d & have not had any kind of progress. No dilation, no effacement. I've been attempting to have sex, but I just can't get in the mood. (TMI, sorry)
So I've been walking...like 3+ miles. Hoping that will do something...I'm so worried I will have to be induced or end up getting a c section...neither are ideal for someone who has wanted a natural delivery for as long as I can remember...anything else that I can possibly do that has helped other moms?

I'm due Sept 25th. No dilation, "slightly thinned" I was told. She is already planning to schedule an induction when I go in for my 40 weeks (to be induced early next week). I only have 4 weeks off work and really scared of odds of going to a c section. I agree... sex is hard to get in the mood when so uncomfortable! I just tried a SMALL dose of castor oil and using evening primrose oil and drinking raspberry tea... I've had contractions, even painful strong ones, but not consistent and they stop when I sit down and relax.

I'm due the same day! haha My Dr hasn't even brought it up yet...at my last appointment I asked him what my labor would look like (being restricted to the bed; being able to be on a ball; walking etc) but that was it.

I don't have any contractions or anything that makes me believe that lm going to have this baby soon. I'm on maternity leave from work and the days are getting longer and longer lol my next doctors appointment is my due date and that's when were going to schedule my induction for the following week.
