Weight issue
I went to my family doctor today, and she said I gained 6 lbs, which was such a surprise to me since my personal scale says I only gained 2 lbs!!! Other than being frustrated am not sure what to do, am always hungary and am not sure what to do
Next time pay attention to how the nurse takes your weight. Mine uses a triple beam scale where you move the pieces back and forth and she's not exactly careful about it so I'm sure it's off. Hers says I've gained 3 lbs and mine says I've lost 3 this last month. I've been weighing myself weekly at home with a digital scale and tracking it on here so that's the one I trust. If your doctor gives you grief, bring it up and show her your tracking. When you're talking such small increases, accuracy matters.
