what to eat

Is anyone else finding it difficult to find things to eat. I might feel like eating something then it will sit in my stomach and cause havoc for hours later.

Me too. Nothing sounds appetizing, but I eat anyway. I'm not getting sick yet,  it's just nothing sounds good!

I have found that if I eat things like mashed potatoes, and soup in little increments throughout the day I am not getting sick as often. I think that it's like that only because the food is smooth and easy to go down.

I know it's not real food but smoothies really help me. They calm my stomach and fill me up for the moment. I've been buying the smoothies that have veggies and fruit cause I'm so bad with my eating habits.
