Fear of miscarriage

I was recently pregnant August of 2015 and lost the baby at 5 1/2 weeks. I am now 7 weeks pregnant due September 24th and in the back of my head I just been so worried I will miscarriage again. I find myself going to the bathroom fearing I will see blood . I just don't know how to get over this fear . I really wanted a baby for a long time

yes, same! Lost it at 6.5 weeks in November. I hadn't any trouble before with my first two so it was a real shock. I find every time there's extra discharge (sorry) I think it's blood! And I feel quite grateful every time a smell or a meal makes me feel nausea as that means it's still there. I only have one shot at this again because of my age, and the ages of my other two so it's very hard to get to a place of peace. I'm listening every day to a music download called 'guided meditations for conception and pregnancy'. I do this in morning before anyone gets out of bed and it REALLY helps. Id recommend it.

Choose JOY. No matter how it will end up, your baby is inside of you right now and you're the mommy. Hope this video helps you as it helpt me.

I know the feeling and as hard as it is its best to try and push that thought out of your mind. Worry isn't good for you or the baby and it's completely out of your control. The most comforting thing my midwife told me was if a miscarriage happens within the first 12 weeks it's usually a sign that the embryo hadn't form correctly and would never had lasted to term. I've got 2 little girls now and having a 3rd. Celebrate the little milestones rather than worrying about what might be. Each week I'd celebrate getting closer and once you enter the second trimester it's gets easier. Hope that helps :)
