I just found out I was pregnant yesterday, I'm 5 weeks. When should I make my first Dr. Appointment?

I would go soon.. is this your first? Do you know you blood type? Theh will do a series of blood work and urine test probablg give you a requisition for  dating ultrasoun..done around week 8...

Doctor will do sonography in that you ll hear baby heart beats

Baby heart beats will starts after 5 weeks so wait till 6 weeks then  go to doctor

Most doctors now for legal reasons will not see you until you are 8 weeks, sooner if you are a high risk pregnancy.

My first appointment I waited till 8 weeks, now with my second I'll probably go around 8 weeks again.

They told me when you are 10 weeks. That way you should be able to here the baby's heart rate.
