help what could have caused it?

I'm 19 weeks 5 days I went to the bathroom and had a bowel movement and I urinated as I wiped I noticed a quarter size of pale yellow mucusy discharge I called my doctor and they said that it's normal if it gets watery or if I'm in pain or bleeding to get checked out I'm also on progesterone suppositories still so could that have caused it? I've never had that much discharge at one time

This is normal :) Someone else can give a bettee answer tgan I (ftm). But I understand it yo be either a piece of your mucus plug, or just overproduction of mucus from all the raging hormones.  I had it happen after my pelvic at 15 weeks and it scared me at first.
