39 weeks and an issue

Yesterday I had the runs all day. Non stop and few this morning. Tmi ik!! But now starting at 731pm then 751pm, then again at 811pm I had this sensation or urge to go poo again. Nothing came. My stomach hardened and lower back hurt so bad it triggered my sciatic nerve and lasted 60-90 seconds each time. No matter what position I tried they still came and felt worse than the last. Should I be concerned? What is this?

I would be going to the hospital that is a for sure sign that your baby is on the way. Good luck

Unless you have had a baby, you should be able to wait until your water actually breaks before going to the hospital.  Make sure you note the time that the water breaks as well so you can tell your doctor when you call to let them know.

Most definitely the early signs of labor.  I wouldn't go to the hospital yet though!  Yay, your baby is coming soon.

Sounds like contractions. I agree to call the hospital and talk to a nurse and tell her you can't afford just to come there to get sent home.

I've noticed an increase pressure in my pelvis that makes me feels like I pulled a muscle in my groin.

Call the hospital and ask to talk to the Labor & Delivery nurse, she will be able to tell you if you need to come in or not

It sounds like labor contractions. Time them and see how long they are

I'm not sure if I should go to hospital in case its nothing. Gas is not cheap lol! Especially since I just called doc this morning to ask if I can't get induced on the 24th and he said he will check my cervix to see how favorable it is.
