Is spotting at 7 weeks normal? I have mild cramps also very mild

I would go and get checked just to be on the safe side. With my daughter I bleed real heavy for the first 4 months, they didnt know why my daughter was always fine on ultrasounds.
With my son I didnt bleed but I cramped alot and Dr said it was just my body prepping. But it never hurts to go get checked to make sure everything is fine.
