For my babyshower (im having a girl) I did the musical hot bottle game...I got a chance collector bottle that was pink and had everyone stand in a circle while they pass the bottle around and who ever had the bottle when the music stops they was out....the last one got a prize.
Another really fun game I did was everyone bring they own baby bottles and then they got to fill it up with a beverage at the babyshower that they like and when I said go they had to drink the beverage out the bottle (no biteing hopes in the nipples was allowed) and the first to drink it all was the winner
Another one I liked was Remember What Mommy Wearing this game people had to remember what I was wearing (I played this game 2hrs into the babyshower) and I would have to step out the room everyone got three mins to try and remember what I had on from head to toe

The raffle idea is amazing! We did that with my first pregnancy and didn't have to buy diapers for 6+ months!

The dirty diaper game is really fun. Melt a variety of different candy bars in a diaper (one candy per diaper) and have your guests guess which candy is in each diaper. Whoever gets the most correct wins.

The baby food game is fun too. Take the labels off different jars of baby food and have your guests guess which is which.

Baby shower bingo- put together simple bingo sheets and have guests fill out the boxes based on what they think you will receive as gifts. The person to get a bingo first, wins.

Definetly do a diaper raffle. On the invitation you tell everyone to bring a pack of diapers to get a raffle ticket. Then at the end of the shower you announce the winner and give them a prize.  It helps you with diapers! Also, you can buy a jar from the dollar store and wrap pink or blue ribbon (depending on what you're having) and fill it with pink or blue candys. Everyone guesses how many and whoever is the closest wins!! There is also the baby guessing game. You put baby items on a tray and bring it oit and let everyone have a quick peek.  Put the tray away and everyone had to wrote down what theu remember on the tray. Remember to out enough small baby items on it to make ot challenging. Whoever guesses the most wins the prize. Hope this helps! Good luck!

My sister did the baby game.. you give people a pin to clip to their self and if someone catches them saying baby their out of the game also she got ribbon that says it's a boy and people had to rip off the size she thinks she is and the closest one to her size won a prize their cute games
