Baby girl named ideas?

Hello,
I'm pregnant with my second child, another girl. I am from Eastern Europe originally but have been living in US for a while now.
Can't think of a name for our second girl. The first one we named 'Milania', we call her'Mila' for sorry. Been looking at so many names but nothing sticks out.. We'd like it to be a European name that can still be easily pronounced in the US. Also, want the name to have a short and long version. I know, is a lot but we really love Milania and don't want to compromise on the second baby's name.
Please let me know if anyone had any ideas. Thanks!!

It's actually my grand daughter.
Camille is on my list too but my hubby doesn't really like it!
It's a beautiful name :)

I love Milania, it's very pretty and I love pretty, girly names!
Some of my favourites are:
Madian (pronounced maddi-ahn) or Maddi for short,
Briella shortened to Brie/Bree,
Arianna shortened to Ari or Anna,
Allaria shortened to Lara maybe?
My daughter's name is Lilah (ly-la) and we're not sure what sex this one is yet but we're already finding it difficult to come up with any we both like!
Best of luck with your pregnancy ☺

I think that name is just lovely.

My Moms nickname whilst growing up was "Milly" and I love that nickname.

You need a short name, I believe, for everyday conversation while making your little girl shine like the jewel she will be.

My daughters name is Amanda, but we all called her "Sis" or "Sissy."

I love those names.  My Goddaughter named one of her little girls Alanah.  Seems like an easiest man, but no one can remember her name easily.
