Birth Story!
I know some people like reading these, I know I did!
On February 18th, at about 1 A.M. I went into labor and delivery for "uncomfortable" contractions that were about 3 minutes apart. After about an hour and a half they informed me that I was having contractions that were slightly increasing in intensity, but I wasn't dismaying any furthers than the 3 cm I had been at the time of walking in. So I went home to get some rest and planned on going to the doctor appointment that had already been schedule later in the afternoon. I continued to have contractions throughout the day. At my appointment my doctor jokingly said maybe my water would break while standing in line for my prescription since I was between a 3 and 4 cm. WELL it did break while I was waiting in line to pay for my prescription! Now the contractions were past uncomfortable and by the time I got to the hospital I had dilated to a solid 4 on the move to a 5. After a little while (which seemed like a lot longer) I received my epidural. Time gets a little foggy now but I do recall that after a little bit (maybe 3 hours?) I had progressed to 9 cm but little man was facing up so I had to change my position to try and help roll him over. My doctor had to help move him the rest of the way. 30 minutes of pushing and little Gabriel was here at 9:52 p.m.!

Haha it was horribly awkward. I was about to pay for the prescription and looked at the cashier and said I'm really sorry to tell you this, but my water just broke. She just laughed and said that it happens more often than I would expect
