Birth control options.

Hello ladies, am new to this group but I have a lot of questions. Am currently 23 wks pregnant with a high risk pregnancy been on bed rest since 15 weeks and will continue till I deliver. I have one son and before him I lost 3 babies. After this child I want to take a long break and give my body and mind a chance to heal. I will like to start talking to my doctor about long term birth control. I don't want anything permanent but I need at least 6 to 7 years. Does anyone in here have a suggestion on what has worked for you? I can't do pills, and Mirena is out of it as I tried it before and bled until doctor took it out 2 wks after getting it. HELP.

I am currently 15 weeks pregnant with baby number 2 and my 1st born is only 8 months old so my plan for birth control is the arm implant that lasts 3 years. My cousins and friends have all gotten it after their first and none have any issues with it. So that is my recommendation.

I would say the arm rod as well but it made all my friend's hair fall out. But everyone's body is different. So your best chance is the arm rod.

Thank you I will talk to my doctor about it. I feel I may want one more one day that's why I don't want to close my womb.
