Bleeding in first trimester

OK so I'm in my first trimester and I'm having period like bleeding with clots and all i went to the doctors and had her check it out and she said it could be early signs of a miscarriage BUT she did a ultrasound and the yolk sac is still in place and my cervix is normal this bleeding only happens after sex this morning I didn't even have sex I just kinda got turned on and the bleeding started. They are doing hcg checks on my blood I will rind out the results of that by Friday hopefully. Has this happened to anyone else? Im in zero pain I've been vomiting but I've been like this all week. Any ideas? Peace of mind?? Ughh

This is happening to me now.  I'm 12 weeks she says it's my cervix but it is still closed and elongated.  She says the baby is fine and I heard the heart beat.  This is my fourth pregnancy.  Each child I have bleeding. My second resulted in a miscarriage at 7 1/2weeks. Each pregnancy I found out late because I was experiencing bleeding like a period 1st child 8wks 3rd child 7weeks this pregnancy 9 weeks.  I also bleed after sex. Doctor says that too happens with some because of the blood flow increases during this time.  I pray all is well.
