Can I stay small in the face and be pregnant?

I really don't want to gain weight on my face while being pregnant. I know some moms who have the worst chubbiest cheeks and some who manage to keep their normal small face frame during pregnancy and after. Is it possible for anyone who does what needs to be done? Is  it about exercise or eating healthy or what? What do I need to do?

With my first pregnancy I gained a lot of weight in my cheeks, it was horrible. At the time I didn't realize how much I had but looking at pictures now I'm like WOWWW! LOL but I'm 25w 3d with my second and haven't gained any weight in my face yet (knock on wood) I think it is just something that happens, nothing you can do about it but if you do it will go away because weight gain in your face is 99% water weight and will go away and all be worth it when you see your precious baby!

Your face will do what its going to do. Believe me, that was the one thing I didn't want, but its the first place I gained weight- it always is >.<- just accept your pregnancy body/face for what it is. I look like I stretched out version of myself in my eyes, but everyone around me seems to find me beautiful and adorable. Just let the gain happen. Nothing you can do when nature comes into play.
