Cramps
I have cramps in my lower abdomen after sex. Has this happened to anyone else? What are your thoughts about it? I'm a little worried. I'm not bleeding it just cramping up .

I have them anytime I move or stretch differently or after I've been stationary a while. They're normal. I had them bad with my first also.
