Dizziness ??

Im almost 27 weeks and have had serious dizziness. Im 32 and on my third child. My youngest is 12 so its been a while. I didnt have this with my other two pregnancies. I have asked my doctors and they say nothing but eat right, exercise, sit down and rest. My blood pressure is always normal when they check and i stopped working i only have to clean the house. Its not like im doing too much. Its so annoying not feeling well everyday especially when it started during my second trimester. Just curious if anyone else has had this issue. What it might have been or how you dealt with it??

I have experienced dizziness throughout my whole pregnancy (I am now 38 weeks). Everything was checking out normal until my 1 hour glucose test. My blood sugar was only 45 one hour after drinking the sugar drink. Turns out that after I eat foods high in carbs or sugars, my body produces too much insulin and drops my blood sugar which causes the dizziness.  I just try and eat foods that are high in protein and carry snacks with me. Easy fix if it's something your doctor hasn't looked into yet :)

I have my whole 2nd pregnancy and it's because of the weather. If it's too hot my blood pressure drops and I have to keep caffeine in hand or I will literally pass out.

That is strange. I'm sure they've said to keep hydrated but it's really true. More water always helps. Have you had your thyroid checked? I also experienced dizziness from a quick change in my thyroid. I hope you find answers soon!

I ended up blacking out once behind the wheel. It was an iron deficiency  (I'm anemic to begin with) and needed additional iron. Good luck!

They have said my iron is fine but thanks. I also avoid driving as much as possible because im afraid of that. Just wish i knew whats causing this. Its so uncomfortable i also deal with tne pelvic pain i fprget what its called but i can deal with that the dizziness is just terrible. There has o be a reason.
