Early labor or stomach bug?

I'm a ftm so don't know what to think lol & I'm 38 weeks 1 day. I have a doc appointment at 2:30 pm so I'm gonna ask her then but just wanted other momma's opinions. Also no one I've been around has the stomach bug.

The night before & the next morning I had diarrhea like poop ( again tmi , I'm sorry ) once both times. Then yesterday had awful lower back pain all day. Got home around 5 or 6ish back pain started up again, had cramps w it. Had mild cramps in my stomach w stomach pain. On & off but lasting like a minute each time. Maybe 10 mins apart. Then I finally was able to sleep but I had to get up a lot to pee but every time I got woken up to cramps lasting about a min or two w really bad back pain also w cramps. Each time they felt stronger but not so so bad but enough to know " owww ". But around 7:45 am this morning I woke up to some painful cramps & back pain. Went pee they went away for 5-10 mins but now are back but mild w back pain plus stomach pain.
** Edit ** I should add every time I went to pee it felt like I needed to go number 2 but I couldn't. If that makes a difference

Stomach bug or labor ? Also feels like I can feel something leaking. Maybe discharge. Also if your own my personal page please don't say anything. Last Thursday I was 1cm & 70% effaced too.

It just depend but you are technically fully Developed. So being 38 weeks is okay to deliver they might tell u to just keep a eye on it . watch for blood and a lot of water.
