FMLA
is any one else having trouble trying to their doctors office to send in their FMLA paperwork??? If they don't send it in soon I cld loose my job because right now all my doctors appointments & sick days are unexcused absences. Is their anything I can do to spend this up??? Called my doctors office several time & even went by:(
I would find a new doctor.

You need to pull out the big guns. Rung them and tell them that you are putting it in writing that they need to get it done asap as you could lose your job.if you do you will have no option but to sue as their responsibility to get the paperwork done and you have rang constantly to try and get it sorted.
Every time I call they say the nurse that is supposed to be handling it is out & they wldnt know where to look at for my paperwork.
Call every day! Put fire under their butts. Is there another Dr or nurse in the practice that can help you?
