Heat deli meats up as well due to listeria also be careful with cheese. I research everything. you can also get good info from your local wic office they have nutritionist for this reason.

If you do decide to microwave an egg,  crack the egg into a bowl or coffee mug,  and pierce the yolk.  Otherwise,  your microwave will never be the same.  ;D

For a fun YouTube video of an exploding egg:

I don't know where you live and have readily available but I eat lots of things like Chicken breasts, salmon, salads without the dressing (or very little), cheese, and for snacks I might do things like celery, raisins, apples, bananas. I also do things like cook an egg for 45 seconds in the microwave and put it on toast with salsa on top.
Let's see...I snack on nuts like walnuts and almonds and have blueberries and strawberries and raspberries when they aren't so expensive. Yogurt is good too. I find that true cravings are because your body is missing something. Baby will get all it needs first for growth and development and you get the "leftovers" lol. I hope this helps a bit.

No raw meat/fish/egg, no unpasteurized dairy. Lots of protein (meat, tofu, beans, nuts, milk etc) and calcium. I try to eat well-balanced and healthy but definitely have my "bad foods" at times :)

A good prenatal vitamin every day is good too. Are you taking that?

it's important to make sure your baby is getting all the nutrition he or she needs, it's not always easy considering our cravings are almost always unhealthy lol but keep your baby in mind and make sure you eat something nutritious every day. ❤️
