Not going into to much personal detail but I'm feeling really down and out now me and my partner have just broken up which makes me a now 'single mother of 4' :( my whole world has ended!

Ur world hasn't ended ur world has jus begun. It's now a world with u n ur kids being a single mum isn't a bad thing. Wen ur kids achieve certain tings n it's b coz of u den u will feel Wat I'm talkin bout. Chin up hun it does get better.

If u have just separated after 4 kids was it really enjoyable. U likely were having problems for awhile or he was cheating and u found out. U will be better off without him especially if u guys were fighting a lot and the kids will be better off.
Your feelings are completely valid and they will not change for awhile. When u start to think of him try to do something got snap out of it. Be spontaneous with your kids and enjoy whatever u do. It will be worse at night but eventually u will start to feel better.
You have a lot of distraction with 4 kids and u can and r a great mom so just go with it and try to think positive this will help and will show your kids that if u r positive life will be good.

Thanks girls I really do hope one day I will laugh about it but all iv done today is think about him cry hoping he will walk through the door I have sent him loads of messages I haven't even got one back :( I'm so torn up hello depression :(

It definitely hasn't ended my dear. It will be different from what you are used to and I trust you have support from family or close friends as you will need lots of it as a single mom. You will pull through and one day laugh at your "end of the world" statement.
