Has Anyone Had The Makena Shot ..?
I'm Currently 20 Weeks & 2 Days Getting The Makena Shot Its Supposed To Help Prevent Preterm Labor I Would Like To Know If It Has Worked For Anyone & If It Caused You To Get Little Knots Under Your Skin Where The Shot Was Injected ..?

I finished getting Makena injections last week... 21 in all, tomorrow I'll be 38 weeks... My first child was born at 25 weeks, so, for me, it worked....
Sometimes I got some irritation at the injection site... Sometimes it was itchy, sometimes it burned, sometimes there was a little knot under my skin (as you describe), someone's there was no reaction at all.

Thank You I Was Very Worried Ive Been Asking This Question A Lot But It Seems No One Has Ever Heard Of Makena .. My First Child Was Born At 24 Weeks In Aug Of 2013 & Passed Away Dec Of 2014 I Really Hope It Help Me As Much As It Helped You
