Has anyone heard of any risks about bathing in Epsom salt?

I've been sick & throwing up like crazy the past 2 days, my body is aching so bad, & I'm unsure if I can still bathe in espom salt,  or if there's any risks or anything.

If you research it, every site says it's safe and suggested to be used. It helps with pregnancy discomforts without having to use medicine. The magnesium in it is great for pregnancy. I actually do an Epsom salt bath almost every night, especially after work because of being sore, I'm 31 weeks and haven't had any complications.

I hear Vitamin B6 is meant to be great for morning sickness. Mine isn't bad enough yet to try it though.

I've used it during pregnancy without complications but never read the bag to see if it says anything about use during pregnancy. Maybe check with your doctor?

I'm 34 weeks pregnant and I soak in it. I've been told it helps and has no harm.

I used it all through my first pregnancy and even at the hospital during labor. The magnesium helps with nausea.

I just wasn't sure if it would effect the baby in any way, I've never used it before my family always recommended it even before I was pregnant, but a lot of people have golden me they've used it, I think since there's different one for different things maybe some aren't pregnancy safe, but I just got the relaxing & soarness one
