Licking a pinch of salt worked with my nausea and kept me from vomiting.

I noted too that when im hungr,y usually in the afternoon thats when the nausea & vomiting hits. So eat something before it strikes. Small frequent feeding will do too.

Wrong, there is some ways to make it calm down. My first pregnancy, lemon juice did the trick. If your taking vitamins try taking them before bed instead of mornings, and keep crackers around whenever you can. Hunger will trigger the nausea more than you'd think.

Small amounts of watermelon for breakfast also helped for me the second time around but make sure you don't eat too soon after waking up.

You cant... there are alot of old wives tales and what not. But truth is. Time. And for some unlucky women like me it never goes away. Just hang tight and sit it out. And keep hydrated
