Just drink a half of a strong soda and take a tum
Papaya extract works well for me when not pregnant, I need to check with my OB to see if it's still ok to use. If it is, it's a great alternative to over the counter meds!
The only thing that helped me was a tiny tea spoon of baking soda dissolved in a glass of water. Tasted pretty nasty but it worked everytime.
I'm on the same boat once I hit 33 weeks my heartburn got really bad and nothing would help it go away I'm 37 weeks and it's about calmed down, hope u find something that does help.
Mine gets so bad, I just throw up & it goes away. Which isn't the best method but nothing.. I mean nothing else works for me
Rennie are calcium carbonate tablets and it's like chalk I ate sooooooo many whilst pregnant with my first (a box of 96 would take me two days) it's recommended you have 16 max a day. Luckily my midwife said it wouldn't cause harm but perhaps constipation which I didn't get even more luckily :) they taste like spearmint polos but they work instantly x
Ginger tea and yogurt. Smaller meals sometimes helps.
Hmmm I use baking soda to whiten my teeth, like straight baking soda, couldn't imagine drinking it....
Try rennie they have always helped mine I bought the orange ones the other day and they didn't really do much tho. So go for spearmint or peppermint x
Mine gets bad to I'm 3 weeks and it doesn't matter what I eat or drink I get heartburn and acid reflux. BAD
I eat vanilla ice cream. Or I partially freeze a cup of milk till it reaches slushy stage. Kinda helps. Good luck.
