Help I don't know what it could be?

A couple days before my period was suppose to start I got super neasus I couldn't hold Nothing down. I throw up about 10 times that day. Two days after my period was suppose to start I got spotting about the size of a dime, no more no less. So three days late I took a test came out neg. 11 days late I took a test and still neg. now I am currently 26 days late I took one more test and I still got neg... I been cramping on and off the whole time neaseas and extremely dizzy  it's not my thyroid because when I go get a check up its always fine. What can cause all this and cause my period to be 26 days late and still counting??? And I don't feel the period coming soon a usually cramp really bad before . The cramps I have now are Heaven compared to how my cramps are when im about to start...

Hello. I didnt get my period for 3 months when i was about 20 years old. I went to the doctor and found out i had an infection in my ovarys. It was treated with antibiotics.
I had stomach cramping as well.
Im not saying you have this at all but you should seek a doctor the second your able to.
Good luck.
