Spicy food is fine. Ironically hot wings were one thing I could eat in the first trimester when I was super sick. The spice always made me feel less nauseated.

I was confused about that too. I love hot wings and I love hot sauce. I'm sure anything dealing with the food being hot is ok for the baby? Just not for yourself as far as heartburn goes

Is regular hot food, like just outting hot sauce on what your eating, considered spicy? May be a dumb question but I really don't know - always thought spicy was something like cayenne, or chilli seasoning or peppers...
