I have a hard time sleeping. Sometimes I'll drink a cup of sleepy time tea a few hours before bed that seems to help. I get the one with the bear on the package (can't remember the name)

It is normal to be unable to sleep. I am 16 weeks and i have had trouble sleeping since I was 6 weeks. Ask your doctor if it is alright totake a sleep aide if the lack of sleep is affecting your day to day life, work, or schedules. My doctor gave me the ok to take an over the counter sleep aide ( unisom) so it should be safe but like i said ask your doctor.
