Maternity Leave

I'm just now getting nervous about maternity leave
My job decides to promote me to store manager at 32 weeks pregnant. Which I'm totally grateful for but...

Now I'm reconsidering taking "as much time as i want" (under fmla-12 weeks of course)

I feel like about 8 weeks is what I'm going to want to take...
What did you guys take after (and before) baby?
And how long are you planning to take with this baby?

Am taking off 4 to 6 weeks. I don't get maternity leave cause am with a temp agency.  I need to go back to work a.s.a.p

My company pays me for 8 weeks (c-section) and I have accumulated PTO so will take another 4 weeks off. But, I'm going to ask for work at home for a couple of months since I have this option as this will be my last baby and I really want to bond with him. I anticipate returning to the office a couple days a week when he's 9 months or so.

I'll be off about 3 months ish. My company doesn't qualify for fmla but that's about what we can afford financially

I'll be 36 weeks when I take mine which is 1 1/2 weeks away!
