My baby is here!

My baby is here and we are so happy! I was scheduled to be induced today but I started getting contractions just before we left for the hospital. We got to the hospital at 11:40 a.m. and he was born at 1:46 p.m. He had sucked in a lot of myconium so I only got to hold him a little bit before they took him to suck it out. Then they had to put him on the cpap. I got to hold him for 15 minutes in the nursery but he still has to be in there until his oxygen can stay up. I am going to eat and then go back to the nursery! He is 8lbs 10 oz and 20 in. With soft, light brown hair! So precious!
