I'm having a c-section on the 27th. My first pregnancy was an emergency c-section, so I'm kinda excited to have a planned one. No stressful labor before hand, less strain on the body and on baby. I'm nervous about the recovery as well, the risks and the pain. But I'm trying to only focus on the perks. Hope all goes well for you! Stay strong fellow mommy!

3rd c section was the most painfull one... not durning the c section just after in recovery when my insides were contracting... it's more work for your body to take on to get things back to normal. Only bc the more you have the more your insides have gone through. But not to scare you with that I'm just being truthful. I'm going to have a 4th c section come May 2017 so if that tells u anything it's not the worst thing ever... just take your pain meds and BREASTFEEDING helps speed up the recovery.

I've not had a section myself as I'm only expecting my first baby now, but just wanted to wish you well for tomorrow and a speedy recovery! Maybe try and focus on meeting your new baby rather than how they're getting into this world, they've obviously decided a planned section is needed or safest and you'll be in good hands, I'm sure you will be ok after and at least you know what to expect this time round, minus any stress caused by it needing to be done in an emergency and you won't be tired from labouring beforehand! Try and see the positives in this, I get it must be scary though x
