Anyone who experience this before? Im 23+1weeks and im really afraid of pre eclampsia. I have swollen feet all of a sudden, headaches at night and feel dizzy now. Don't know if this is connected but i also noticed green cottage cheese/powdery like discharge on my undies. And also had more of it when i wipped. Please help me:( im seeing my dr tomorrow so all i can do now is wait and find something to ease my mind.

Hi ladies! Just to update i had my check up earlier. The baby's heart beat is good according to my dr and she told me that it's not pre eclampsia. My bp is 90/70 and the swelling of my feet is because of poor blood flow in my legs down to my feet. To be sure she sheduled me for glucose test and urinalysis tomorrow. She wants to check if my sugar is high or if have GD. I mentioned to her about my discharge so she ask me to have my urine checked tomorrow to see if there is an infection. She also gave me meds for swelling, Vitamin B Complex(again) and Pregnancy liquid soap to ease the itchiness and to see if it will help me with my discharge. I was abit shocked that at this early my dr told me to watch my baby's kicks and movements. If i feel that my baby moves less than before she told me to go to her clinic asap and to call her.  There are somethings that i want to share to you. Im a type of person that loves to read then gets worried. So i asked her all that i think i should know. Those are:
Is it normal to have green/yellowish discharge?
-No. It may be an indication that you have infection or high sugar level. It may not be that serious at first but discharge like that may lead to something if left untreated.
I did not feel my baby move/kick for a day or My baby's movement decreased. Should i be worried?
- If you lay down on your left for an hour or two, played music, drank sugary/cold drinks and still the baby doesnt move or kick, YES you should be worried. You should get checked to be sure that your baby is fine.
Does sleeping late harm my baby?
No. As long as you are getting enough rest within anytime of the day the baby will be fine.
I have swollen feet is it a sign of pre eclampsia?
-Surprisingly my dr told me that they don't use it as a basis to detect pre eclampsia anymore. High BP, vomiting, sudden increase in weight and severe headaches are the things that you should watch.
What should i do to ease my leg cramps at night?
-elevate your feet whenever you rest or put some pillows behind your feet before you sleep (to elevate your feet)
Will i have a healthy baby?
Yes. Lol i dont know why i asked this it came out of my mouth with me thinking. Just pray and trust God and everything will be okay. And of course don't stress yourself too much and not all we read in internet is realiable.

I just want to share this we may have different opinions or treatments for some things and i respect it. Im just 23+3weeks so im bot certain if this apllies to others. Like what i've said i just want to share. Thank you ladies! God bless our pregnancy journey!(:

I had similar worries and purchased an at home blood pressure monitor and I check it twice a day. It really helps to calm my nerves. I def recommend that.

Go to rite Aid or amother pharmacy and get a bp cuff. If your scared monitor your BP on a daily basis. I've had it in the past and with this one already showing signs. I'm 22 weeks my BP yesterday was 100/94. . Today it is back down though. But I'm gonna start monitoring it everyday I go back to the OB on the 13th

Don't stress too much. You may have an infection and the swelling happens to some more than others. You won't know until you see your doctor and the last thing you want is to get very anxious and have a white coat syndrome - thereby bumping up your blood pressure when they take it. I'd say dizziness, headaches, swelling are symptoms of pregnancy.
