Post Partum Depression

Anybody deal with this. I gave birth November 16 and about a week ago I just started feeling down. Nothing severe just  dont feel like myself. Im finding it hard to smile, laugh and just be happy in general. I have a beautiful healthy baby girl and I feel like I should be happier than ever but im sad. My post partum appointment is next week, should I bring it up or will I gradually start to feel better?  Thanks for reading and thanks for your advice.

You should bring it up.

You're past the "baby blues" stage that every new mom goes through,  and should have started to feel less emotional.

In the meantime,  get out of the house in the sunshine,  eat right and try to get as much sleep as you can.

Best wishes.
