Preeclampsia

I had preeclampsia in my first pregnancy and it end up with emergency c section on 36+5, my daughter was perfectly healthy but small weight.
Im pregnant again 21 weeks now, till now i didnt have any problem
What should be bloodpressure on this weeks?
If you had the same problem, which precuations your doctor took?

Wow I had no idea I was planning to ask my doctor thank you so much for your advice i'm not a big water lover, but it's for a good cause. I hope you and your baby will be okay throughout this pregnancy also(:

Well i'm still pretty early in my pregnancy i'm only 13 weeks, but my dr didn't talk about any medications she just said they would keep a close look at my urine tests and blood pressure as we go

You should drink min 2-3 liters of water, no salt, no sugary food.
Fish oil(as a omega3 source) and magnesium supplement.
All working perfectly, i had contact with so many woman who had got the same problems all they used the same things.and the result was good

I'm on the same boat here I had preeclampsia for my first and i'm worried about it coming later in this pregnancy now that I know the symptoms I just plan on watching out for them and hopefully everything will be fine.

How is going your blood pressure, do you make urine test often?
Do u use any medic.for precuations?
