Pregnant lady version of a drink?

After a really stressful day prepregnancy I would be easily tempted to have a drink... obviously I can't do that now. What do you ladies do instead?

I scream...and then clean something..very hard and loud..then my husband tells me a dirty joke...doesnt always help but helps the immediate stress.

I liked to blow off steam by having some drinks with my girlfriends or takeout and wine with my hubby. So what I do now is I'll still go out but usually get virgin bloody mary's. And if we're staying in with hubs, I'll pour grapefruit and mineral water mix into a wine glass :)

Take a bath or read a book or listen to your favourite music for example:) If you havn't been on your feet all day then might help a good long walk too.
