A water bottle with warm water works really well it will be your best friend lol
Call ur obgyn....it can be a infection grewing n just to b safe get checked out
You could try baking soda, it will pull the sorness out
Another tip is also to have a pee in the bath. Just run a little bit of warm water and jump in. I know it sounds gross but it really does help. Of course the doctor may be able to give you a barrier cream dependent on whether the abrasions are internal or external
With my first born my Doctor gave me Witch hazel pads they provided a cooling sensation for me
Just mix camphor tablets in coconut oil and apply it. It really works.
Spray the warm water down there while you pee. It will dilute the urine so it doesn't burn. So had witch hazel pads, but don't use too many. I wasn't told and changed mine constantly and the Dr told me too many can make it worse
I agree with spraying warm water, but what really helped me was Tuck's cooling pads to put on my pad after going to the bathroom each time and Dermoplast pain relieving spray. The hospital gave me both of those. I only had two little first degree tears and a few stitches, but I don't know how I would've made it through the first few days without them!
