Question......Please HELP!!!!

I had my baby girl on December 1st and everything went well I  didnt need to be cut down there or anything I just naturally opened up. Well I know its been only a couple of days but do any of you ladies have any remedies for pain down there? Everytime I go to the bathroom to go pee it burns so bad I just want to scream and cry I honestly rather hold my pee then go to the bathroom and put myself through the pain. Does anyone have any ideas?

Another tip is also to have a pee in the bath. Just run a little bit of warm water and jump in. I know it sounds gross but it really does help. Of course the doctor may be able to give you a barrier cream dependent on whether the abrasions are internal or external

Just mix camphor tablets in coconut oil and apply it. It really works.

Spray the warm water down there  while you pee.  It will dilute the urine so it doesn't burn.  So had witch hazel pads, but don't use too many.  I wasn't told and changed mine constantly and  the Dr told me too many can make it worse

I agree with spraying warm water, but what really helped me was Tuck's cooling pads to put on my pad after going to the bathroom each time and Dermoplast pain relieving spray. The hospital gave me both of those. I only had two little first degree tears and a few stitches, but I don't know how I would've made it through the first few days without them!
