Returning nasea?

I'm 18 weeks tomorrow and have been nausea free for about 6 weeks until recently. Is it 'normal' for symptoms to come back suddenly?

I have very little nausea during my whole pregnancy but if I wait too long when I'm hungry it comes back! Try to notice if there is a trigger to it. Odor, hunger or even crowded place make me nauseous sometimes.
