Thanks All, Well last night I went to play cricket and badminton, however after 5 games at badminton i just had to stop so it. I understand i need to listen to my body and that will tell me when to stop.
My mum was still playing badminton when she was 8 and a half months pregnant with me, i am i going to keep going as long as possible.

Plus to put a spanner in the works I do have other joint problems which need to be taken into consideration, i was told to stop playing sports for 5 weeks and within the 3 week i was taking pain killers to get out of bed, which isn't good. But i will keep going.

:-) xx

My doctor told me if I did it before it will not hurt the baby, but listen to your body. You know when to stop. I am 16 wks pregnant and still play slow-paced softball. I am starting to really show so I am officially done this week but I listened to my body and made sure I didn't push myself or put my baby in danger. I think the exercise was great.

I feel the same way none excepts my pregnancy I always feel alone now with out me talking to any of my family. I am in a dance team in school and with me getting sick it's really hard to stay with anything. As for you do whatever your body is letting you as long as your careful.

Some doctors will tell you to continue in till you reach your 3rd trimester just do it in a safe way but i think that if you actively did it be for keep on in a safly manor

I would stop. I lost a child when I was coaching track. I ran with my children & also did long jump. You can still workout but probably no sports,  talk to your doctor
