Sleeping on my back!

I'm not 15 weeks.
Is sleeping on my back really dangerous?  It's the only way I can sleep right now due to my back pains...

I've read that the weight of the uterus affects blood flow to the baby when a pregnant woman sleeps on her back.

They always say not to. Just because it cuts off to the baby. I believe after 20 weeks you shouldn't.
