feeling miserable !
I don't know what else to do but this is really getting me ! For the past four days now I've been so stuffed up and sneezing like crazy ! Nothing opens up my nose and I change 4-5 times a day because I pee and can't control it. Also getting a headache. Benadryl is not helping and I'm tired of taking 4 showers a day just to try to breathe. My nose and mouth are so dry. I'm just so irritated I've always had bad allergies and it ***** that now I can't really take anything. Any suggestions on how I can open up my nose again ?! Please I'm desperate !!
Nasacort Nasal spray. It works wonders
Saline nasal spray and sleeping with a humidifier in the room might help.
Drink a theraflu package hot it's working for me so well
Saline nose spray should help
It doesn't help with the stuffy nose and that's my main problem. I've even tried the salt rinse but I'm the same ;/
You can take zyrtec or claritin. My doctor told me it was fine.
