Castor oil to induce labor

Did anyone had an experience with castor oil to induce labor? Did it work?

I wouldn't use castor oil tbh it can cause all kinds of problems

I did also and went into labor 3 hours after

I did with my last pregnancy .. Was 41 weeks but only took a small amount in the am .. Like 10 hours later I was 3 centimeters and had her the next day

Wouldn't try it even if I was desperate. My doctors don't recommend it to anyone.

Yes with my last labor i took it in 2 doses 4 hours apart. 1 tbsp in orange juice. I suggest putting it in a container you can shake it really good stirring will do nothing then chug it. I went into labor about 5 or 6 hours later. Although when in labor at home i took the biggest nastiest dump of my life. But i was cleaned out before the hospital. I wouldnt take more than what i suggested because you could get major poops and get dehydrated. Drink lots of water also.

I tried it once, it didn't work for me, it just made me poop!!!
