Any tea is fine, but I did see this about the raspberry leaf tea...

"Raspberry leaf is thought to tone the muscles of your womb (uterus) so they work more efficiently. The idea is not so much to kickstart or speed up your labour, but to help it to progress at a nice, steady pace. That's why it's safest to start taking raspberry leaf tea in moderate doses weeks before you go into labour."

I've been drinking an herbal tea that I mix myself...it has raspberry leaf, nettle, oatsraw, alfalfa, lemon balm, a little mint, and I flavor it with a splash of lemon juice...no sugar. I think its great! And its supposed to be good for us pregnant mommies:)

The pr.poster mentioned a risk of uterine contractions and that's true to some extent. However, I have been drinking my tea for MONTHS before getting pg due to several miscarriages. My body was so used to it that I don't worry about drinking it now. But I do think you should pay close attention to your body and see if it does affect u adversely at first...then start slow and build up to several cups a day.
