Yiayia (Greek for grandma) on one side, Oma (Dutch for grandma) on the other, married to Papou and Grandpa Joe, respectively.

Another grandma in the family got called "Ga," due to a grandchild's inability to pronounce Grandma, and it stuck.  Yiayia and Papou were called Ya-ee and Boo for a while by my son when he was learning to talk.  Sometimes the name comes from the grandchild.

My children call my mom and dad Gma and Gpa (pronounced jee-ma and jee-pa) but sometimes my oldest called her Gmee (jeemee) when he's trying to be cute.

I call my grandmother Grammy, my mother wants to be called Nana or Nanny, and my other grandmother wants her great grandchildren to call her Grandmama (which I actually find to be a funny name, but more power to her!)

My mom is like that; she can't wait to be a grandma, but she doesn't want to admit that she's getting old lol  She finally settled on being called Nana, but she was also kicking around Mimi, Gigi, and Gaga

My stepmother had a grandma from Ireland, and the whole family calls her "herself". I thought that was kind of neat, if a bit fancy. I called my paternal grandma Mem (short for memere), and my Maternal grandma Gram.
