Chicken, shrimp, and sausage gumbo! Best husband ever! I'm the Cajun in the family and I taught him well! Lol

Curry ground beef and peas, curry quinoa with butternut squash, chickpeas and peppers in coconut milk, roasted cauliflower and garlic. Basmati rice. Chocolate cake and ice cream for dessert :D

I'm gonna make herbed baked sweet potato carrot apple and parsnips. With a chicken cutlet with a creamy white wine sauce to top it off. And grilled zucchini . And for dessert cranberry strawberry and rhubarb cobbler.
