cramping @ 37 weeks

Currently 37 + 5 & I'm getting theses period like cramps. Started about 45 min ago, at first they where kinda mild. holding for about 1 min. On and off.  I haven't started to time them yet. But still getting them starts out mild,  then right before it gives in the cramping gets a little "tence " I should  say.

Been pooping all day. So it's not poop cramps what could this be?? BH

Not all contractions start out super strong. They'll get worse as you dilate more and are in active labour.

Okay thank you, dowunloading a tracker now. Going to take a warm shower to see if that helps any

Start timing them.

Even if they are mild? I remember with my daughter the strong pains hit at once. Definitely weren't mild.
