Take some Tylenol for the soreness and take it easy. Call your provider in the morning. There's no need to rush to the emergency room. You're not having an emergency.
Then yes I would definitely go to the emergency room right away to be safe!
When I slipped I hit my elbow and the rim of the tub went Into my upper side and around the back
I would go to be safe unless you just hit your arms or legs...
