So my baby Daddy Descide To Plan a Trip to Puerto Rico On Oct 5  .  And my my Baby Is Boring.      He said That he never going to be their . ,  He never Going To take care of her.  Dead Beat Father.  What should i do ?

He is a "baby's daddy" because a FATHER would not say that. File child support and when it catches up with him. And it will, he will have to find a way to make up for the support that he did not give you in aiding your sweet baby. Pray and don't stress about it. And good luck to you! What she seems to be asking is how to get child support from the biological father of her child who has run to another country.  Not what to do about getting him to still love her.  I guess if I were in the mood to label someone a deadbeat dad, the term baby daddy would not be the worst I could think of to call him.

Do you think he is going to Puerto Rico for good, in order to avoid child support?  Or just for a trip?

You need to see a lawyer.  Call your local law school and see if they have a legal clinic for low- or no-income people that specializes in family law.  They should be able to help you.
