I found that this little exercise helps, where you stand on ur hands and knees and move ur back up and down, found it on youtube.
I may be a little biased, but have any of you ladies tried a chiropractor? Not only am I one, but I'm also 29 weeks pregnant and getting adjusted regularly has been my saving grace. I had back surgery when I was 21, and I'm 29 now and I know I wouldn't be able to continue to go to work every day if I didn't get adjusted. I treat many pregnant women, and have even had them in the past tell me that they were the only ones walking into their OB offices without pain. If you're worried about popping and cracking try and find a chiro that specializes in Activator Method. It really is worth it!
I have back pains to.. and also with my cooliosis but ever since I been pregnant my back hardly hurts have some one rubb you're back or take a hot bath .. I do its feel alot better,
