bathroom trips

The last few days I feel as though my baby boy is playing with my bladder. I swear every time that I switch positions and move I feel as though I have to go to the bathroom. Then I waddle to the bathroom and I can't even go, he starts kicking around like haha I fooled you. Now I don't even know when I really need to go or not. This happening to any of you other soon to be mommmas?

I had to start doing that last night. After 2 hrs of getting up every 1/2hr and barely going I said that's it, I'm just gonna lay here for a while. Eventually I fell asleep and didn't wake up to go for about 3hrs!

It seems like a long time, but it goes fast! I had to start calling the bladder's bluff so to speak. When I feel like I need to go NOW, I wait a few minutes - at this stage I have a lot of braxton hicks contractions, more so when I actually do need to go, so if I have one I go to the toilet. It's not foolproof though haha.

I have 11 more weeks until my edd but Dr's think I could go a wk or so early

How long do you have to go? I have 6 weeks and I definitely have the same, it's starting to get a little annoying too. My partner is very understanding, but my (teenage) daughter seems to think I have some control over it haha. It will all be over soon though :)
