I was terrified. I didn't get to try it before my baby was born because she is premature, so after I had her the lactation consultant wheeled in a pump and told me to start trying. Never using a pump before I was very Nervous. Especially because she said I should pump for 20 minutes every 2 hours and will probably not get any milk the first week maybe a little over. Thankfully I did

I have 3 children I tried bf with my 2 eldest but they wouldn't take to it but I did it with my daughter till she was 6 months I had a manual pump at first when I used that it was weird and I was quite nervousi just felt like it waa stretching my boob..but after a couple of days when the actual milk comes through it was much easier I then got sick of pumping so got a electric one omg much better...I think breastfeeding can be overwhelming anyway just takes a bit of getting use to :) x
