My grandpa got home from walmart and was struggleing with something heavy so i took it like a dumby.... im 34 weeks in preterm inactive labor and they are trying to keep baby in for a bit.... but i didnt think about lifting it and now im hurting pretty bad :( took another one of my contraction pills alil early due to it.... oh gosh am i hurting
Just stick to the advice your doctor has given and rest. I know in hospital sometimes they tilt your bed so your head is low and your legs are high to keep baby from getting into the birth canal?
